Services

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly to the card on file and continue until canceled.

  • New subscriptions include the first scoop free (add-ons not included).

  • Extreme cleanup conditions or oversized yards may require a one-time reset fee, confirmed before service.

Billing & Payments

  • You may cancel or reschedule by contacting us in advance.

  • If we are unable to service your yard due to locked gates, unsecured pets, weather, or unsafe conditions, we will notify you and reschedule.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide safe and accessible yard entry (unlocked gates, secured pets).

  • Notify us of hazards or special conditions.

  • Maintain accurate contact details (phone and email).

  • We are not responsible for unsafe yard conditions, aggressive pets, or hazards.

  • Liability is limited to the cost of services provided.

Liability

  • You may cancel subscriptions at any time.

  • The Scoop Co. reserves the right to suspend or terminate service for repeated access issues, unsafe conditions, or nonpayment.
